In few bottles the emotion of an almost disappeared vine

- From a research on ultracentenary vines present in our historic vineyards we found out this old variety probably was used as phylloxera answer around 1800. From here the idea of recreating a little piece of vineyard without the american root, looking for a wine "of story" but also of revival.

Single vineyard located in the "Carbonare" U.G.A. in Brognoligo, hamlet of Monteforte d'Alpone (VR)
Volcanic origin, mostly basaltic and tufaceous

Hand selection of the grapes, manual pressing, fermentation in stainless tank and follows aging in terracotta amphora lightly coated.
