- The story:
- From a research on ultracentenary vines present in our historic vineyards we found out this old variety probably was used as phylloxera answer around 1800. From here the idea of recreating a little piece of vineyard without the american root, looking for a wine "of story" but also of revival.

Hand selection of the grapes, manual pressing, fermentation in stainless tank and follows aging in terracotta amphora lightly coated.
