- GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Very drinkable wine with strong personality. The Montesei wine is made from small vineyards in the Soave Classico DOC, where it is impossible to machine-harvest the grapes and where the Garganega variety has been grown for many, many years.
- WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
-
Pale straw yellow colour, this aromatic wine displays a full range of ripe fruit and white flowers characters. On the palate, the fruity, elegant nuances are stylishly intertwined with a lively minerality. Full of energy and flavour, this is offset by a refreshing acidity to give a balanced finish.
- WINE MAKING PROCESS:
-
Once grapes have been de-stemmed, they are pressed gently and the resulting juice is immediately chilled. Fermentation starts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and lasts for about 15 days. The wine remains in the stainless-steel tanks on the fine lees for about 4 months. After bottling, the wine is left to age for 1 month.
